Sugar cravings

A listening programme to support relaxation and calm when sugar cravings strike. Listen every 5 days for 30 days. If you have an eating disorder, see a doctor: this programme does not replace treatment.

This programme is designed for people who experience frequent sugar cravings, often linked to stress, tiredness or boredom, and who wish to approach them more calmly. When a craving arises, or ahead of a time of day when it tends to come back, take a few quiet minutes, headphones on, and let your breathing slow down. The idea is not to deprive yourself, but to give yourself a pause so you can choose more calmly. Good to know: this programme does not replace medical or nutritional support. If you have an eating disorder or diabetes, please talk to your doctor.
