The story behind Vitality Inside: sound frequency wellbeing programmes designed by Éric Rosati, osteopath with 30 years of experience.
Osteopath, founder of the Isoposturale method and creator of the Vitality Inside listening programmes.
Osteopath · Founder of the Isoposturale Method
Éric Rosati is an osteopath and the founder of the Isoposturale method. Also trained in Chinese medicine and energy-based approaches, He has devoted more than ten years to devising a more sustainable approach to well-being support.
His interest in the energetic dimension of the body led him to train in several complementary approaches, including herbal medicine and Chinese medicine. This vibrational view shapes both his practice and the Vitality Inside programmes.
His motivation: to make these listening programmes accessible to anyone, anywhere in the world, at any time.

Frequency sound applications have been explored over decades of research by practitioners and researchers. Research has explored how sound, rhythm and frequency-based stimulation may influence relaxation, sensory perception and general well-being.
At Vitality Inside, we drew on this work to design more than 30 listening programmes, each built around a specific moment or need in daily life.
The human body is not just chemistry — it is also electricity, vibration and resonance. When we listen to it, the path to balance becomes clearer.
Human cells rely on complex electrical and biochemical exchanges. Our listening programs are designed to support relaxation and awareness of bodily sensations.
Studies have observed that the brain's electrical activity can tend to synchronise with external rhythms, a phenomenon known as neural entrainment. Our programmes draw on this research to offer listening sessions that support relaxation. They have not themselves been the subject of scientific studies.
Published EEG studies associate certain frequency ranges (alpha, theta, delta) with states of relaxation and rest. These findings concern sound and rhythm in general, not Vitality Inside programmes specifically.

The effects of sound and frequencies on relaxation, sleep and wellbeing have been studied for decades. Some research suggests effects on relaxation and sleep quality, although findings still need confirmation.

Stress and lifestyle shape how we feel day to day. The listening programmes are designed to offer a genuine moment of pause, relaxation and refocus.
The brain's electrical activity synchronises with external rhythmic stimuli — a well-documented phenomenon called neural entrainment. Specific audio frequencies can guide the brain toward states associated with calm, recovery and sleep.
Specific frequency ranges (alpha, theta, delta) are associated with brain states linked to relaxation, recovery and neuroplastic change — measurable via EEG in peer-reviewed studies.
